About Timothy and Holly

Professionally, Holly and Timothy VonWald are a REALTOR® duo operating as a part of Keller Williams Lanier Partners.

They currently work out of Cleveland, GA, with a particular focus on the northeast Georgia area, including (but not limited to) White, Habersham, Hall, and Banks counties. However, they are licensed to do business anywhere in the state. In fact, they’ve worked as far north as Young Harris and as far south as Macon.

A Little More Personal

Diagnosed with a neuromuscular condition as a toddler, Holly has been a power wheelchair user for most of her life. Many people are curious as to why she can’t walk. The condition is called spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and it affects 1 out of every 8,000-10,000. She considers herself extremely blessed to have outlived her prospective expiration date (3 years of age) many times over, and she looks forward to encouraging her clients through one of their biggest seasons of change. In addition to being “The Rolling REALTOR®,” she also teaches computer science and information systems at the University of North Georgia.

Timothy VonWald, originally from upstate New York, moved to North Carolina when he was a young teenager, so he considered himself a transplanted Southerner. He is a PK, “preacher’s kid,” as his father was a pastor at various churches throughout the years. He is a semi-history buff and has mad skills when it comes to trivia, random knowledge, and facts. Since marrying Holly and moving to Georgia, he has developed a deeper appreciation for the value of community. He is a deep thinker and continues to love to study leadership, management, and the Bible/theology. He is currently enrolled in an online degree program from Regent University. He is also employed as a marketplace coordinator for a home-based customer service and sales company.

They met in 2018 and were married in the spring of 2019. They laugh a lot but also take life seriously, and they look forward to helping you with your real estate goals.
